Had purchased mxt275 kit with 3db antenna. Should have gotten it with the 6db. Both antennas work well on our trail rides.

MXTA26 6db Gain Whip Antenna
I own both the MicroMobile® MXTA26 6db Gain Whip Antenna as well as the MicroMobile® MXTA25 3db Gain Ghost Antenna and both have performed perfectly depending on which overlanding excursion I'm on. The quality on both units are excellent as well as they both look great on my vehicles. I would certainly recommend these products.

Made a huge difference in overlanding
Had the Midland Ghost and off-road this 6db gain made a HUGE difference for extended parties to receive me. I keep both of the antennas for purpose-driving use.

MXTA26 6db Antenna Review
Installed on my 2022 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited with the new -575 GMRS radio. The radio came with a standard 6" antenna. I have not tuned either antenna but the MXTA26 seems to give me about 20-25% more range.
A noticeable difference between it and the Ghost.
Works great, fit and finish are perfect. I’m able to communicate further with the MXT275 and this antenna compared to when I used the ghost 3db.
