Description

Explore a fantastical adventure world to defeat a bodybuilding dragon and his minions using real-life exercises! Traverse grass-swept plains by jogging in place, attack enemies with overhead shoulder presses, and refill your health meter by striking some yoga poses. Two new accessories, Ring -Con and Leg Strap, measure your real-world actions and help turn them into in-game movements. With additional minigames, Ring Fit Adventure is great escape for players of all skill levels and schedules.

In Adventure mode, defeat enemies with attacks based on real-world exercises! As you work through each level (and possibly work up a sweat), you’ll earn experience points. Between fights, you may encounter some unusual methods of transportation such as squat-powered launch pads, and more! Want to compete with others? Pass around the Ring-Con accessory and select from a few minigames: break boxes with gusts of air, craft pottery using squats and many others.

Fun fitness
Fun and encouraging. A good way to delve into a healthier lifestyle. You have the freedom to select which exercises you use in the mini battles in adventure mode (once you unlock them by leveling up). The characters in the game are neutral- you, the main character, have a fit but not over the top physique- unlike that roided-up-gym-rat dragon. You fight against monster versions of fitness gear (dumbells, yoga mats, fitness balls) and Tip, who models the steps is absolutely neutral. I like this because, I don't feel discouraged, comparing myself to anyone but me. It would also be more appropriate for kiddos 10+, than other games that create unrealistic self images.
Ring cheers you on with endless positivity, and gently reminds you aloud of how to improve your movement.
You have a lot of control over how long you play the game for. In adventure mode the levels are about 5-10 minutes each, and are easy to move through or repeat. There are also minigames and a custom workout mode. Depending on how hard you work it, and your fitness level you will feel it the next day. Thankfully the game offers stretching both at the beginning and end of your workout. The begging stretch is sort of a wake up your muscles routine and stays the same. The ending stretch changes to match with the exercise moves you selected.
So far I have enjoyed every minute of the adventure mode, and I look forward to my next ring fit workout.

Love this game!!
I love this game! It makes exercise so fun, I just spent over an hour playing and the time flew by. Don’t hesitate, buy this game and get a fun workout in your living room!!

10/10 would reccomend!
I’m a night shift nurse and it’s hard to sometime hit the gym when you have stuff to do and are so exhausted… this allows me to work out and stretch within the comfort of my room! I thought it was going to be a push over, but I was actually sweating and heart rate was elevated within the first level! I am so glad I purchased it and am so thankful for creating just a great work out video game! The story line is so, so cute too!

Best purchase ever!!!!
I saw this game when it first came out earlier on in the year and looked at a lot of reviews on YouTube... every time I went to my local target and they had them in stock, I was like “nah! Maybe next time...” then right before the pandemic happened I was fed up with my weight and was like Nintendo helped me lose weight before why not have them help me again?!? When I finally went to go buy it, it was SOLD OUT EVERYWHERE!!!! did not want to buy it from some price gouge online so I had to wait until now to buy it... and believe me it was worth the wait!!! This game gets you up, sweating, and fit...

Worth the Hype
Worth the hype! I really enjoy the work out or exercise incorporated in the game. It includes work out sets and games that put you to exercise. My family quickly jumped in to play. Ages ranging 5 to 58 years old and we all had a good time. Highly recommend!
