Love it
After waiting for it to be in stock again, I finally got one and I have to say that it is quite useful. The shortcuts to Netflix, Disney+, Youtube, and Spotify are my favorite part since I do use all of them. It fits nearly anywhere and it is very light, much better than controlling media with a controller. It also works with my sound bar which is a HUGE plus. Overall, would recommend to everyone.
Poor Quality Control
Having major issues with the remote. Clicks do not register after the first press, and I’ll have to click multiple times to make it work. This still happens after I swapped out the batteries and made it re-pair with the system. It also feels very cheaply made. Disappointed, trying to get a replacement to see if I have better luck with a different unit.
Useless. Broke after 2 months
Worked well, but after 2 months stopped turning on, it’s incredibly frustrating because it still works on volume for my tv but won’t connect to my ps5. Just found out my non-smart tv works with my ps5 just like that remote used to. comepletely useless product
Out of Box failure
When I purchased mine, it looked like it was used, and it would not power on or connect at all

So far, I don’t have any complaints on this remote. It’s small and sleek and is working as design. No issue at this time.
Died in 5 months. Do not waste your money.
I’ve had this remote since June. At first it was great. Worked great with no issues. Then I thought the batteries went out, so I replaced them. It worked for a while and the “batteries” went out again. Replaced them, it worked for two days. Replaced them, now it doesn’t work at all. I even bought rechargeable batteries since it was going through them so quickly, but no, the remote is completely dead. It won’t even pair anymore. 6 months of light use for $30 and now it’s dead. Can’t return it to Target so I’m going to try getting it replaced directly through Sony. It’s not even an accessory for replacement, so I’m having to contact directly.

Paired easy. Buttons work fine. Haven't purchased a remote accessory since the PlayStation 2. I think it's pretty sleek in comparison.
