No Refund
I thought the surface mouse and it only uses Bluetooth, it would not stay connected to Bluetooth, instead of returning it to the store, like I usually do, I sent it back via UPS with the label that target created, the item was sent to me from the third-party, so the item did not go back to the third-party it went back to target.com, I got a notice saying that my refund was denied because the window had closed, but I had 30 days and I was well within the 30 days , and they didn’t send me the mouse back. They kept my money and the mouse, they said they don’t send back merchandise. I asked for the mail to be sent back to me. They didn’t refund me. They said no we don’t return merchandise. We keep it and I asked so you keep the money and the merchandise and they said yes . They keep it there and they did not send it back to the third-party company either, so be aware when you are doing target.com. Make sure that you get your money back because I did not.. if I could give no stars, I would!
