Thank You Target. The Controller Looks Good. It’s brand new. Fast delivery, only issue was the controller box was a little damaged but it didn’t affect the controller because the controller works FINE! I might buy another controller soon I was very impressed. Thanks again target and if anybody plans on buying a PS4 controller and reads this review just buy it here save yourself some time, take it from me its the real deal!
Target sold a non-functional used controller as new and won't replace it
I bought a new controller. Target gave me a dud. Looks like someone ripped open the bottom of the package and replaced it with a nonfunctional used one. Controller doesn't charge, cannot connect to Playstation, and has visible scratches and dirt. Target wouldn't even offer a replacement - just a refund.
Terrible- came used when i purchased NEW
I would give this zero stars if I could. I purchased this brand new and it arrived used. Not even a little used, there is parts that are missing of the controller. My daughter received this for Christmas and was so excited until I opened it and realized that it was dirty and the rubber portion of the controls was ripped and missing. Very disappointed

It's alright, I don't really recommend it, this specific one doesn't work with remote play, I bought it brand new in box
Unacceptable
Target sent me an open box controller. I don’t know who packs the orders but that is unacceptable and bad customer service. You can’t contact anyone and it is now work for me to mail it back or go to a store.
Beware of used/dirty controllers being sold as mee
The quality of the controller we received was disgusting. It shipped to us with dents, scratches, and had dirt and other gross stuff in the cracks and on the buttons. Someone returned a used one in its place of a new one and no one thought to check.
Great controller - box arrived wet
Love the controller, someone else coconut scented something must’ve spilled on the box tho, box is wet and reaks. Controller seems to still work fine though.
Not new
I am now trying to get it replaced and Sony advises me that it is a refurbished not new and that's why the serial number is blacked out

Good controller I don’t have a ps4 but I bought it to play games on my iPhone and iPad I wish the anolog stick rubber was good quality other than that good product and I would recommend to anyone over the Xbox one controller

Target Should Test Returns
Beware of repackaged items. Thought I was getting a deal but instead I'm thoroughly inconvenienced and aggravated. I'm sure Target knows this, but scammers will buy a new one, take the new shell off, on the outside of old circuitry and switches. It looks new but functions like garbage. This is very not ok, folks. It's called thievery and your ma will take a chancla to you. After charging I tried using the new controller and the cursor had a mind of it's own. Completely useless garbage that is not entirely Sony's or Target's fault. I love the controller but thieves thieve and call it cool.
